Is your league only a tackle football league?

We have BOTH flag and tackle divisions divided by grade level.

  • Flag Football: Pre-k (4-year-olds) and Kindergarten must be under the age of 7 as of Sept 1st, 2018 to be eligible for this division.  If your child has been held back for any reason and is 7 years old as of September 1st, they will play up in the next age division no matter what grade level they currently attend.

Tackle divisions are separated by grade level fisrt with a maximum allowable age limit as follows:

  1. Mighty Mites = 1st & 2nd grades and must be under the age of 9 by Sept. 1, 2018.  If your child has been held back for any reason and is 9 years old as of September 1st, they will play up in the next age division no matter what grade level.
  2. Junior Pee Wee = 3rd & 4th grades, and must be under the age of 11 by Sept. 1, 2018.  If your child has been held back for any reason and is 11 years old as of September 1st, they will play up in the next age division no matter what grade level.
  3. Pee Wee = 5th & 6th grades, and must be under the age of 13 by Sept. 1, 2018.  If your child has been held back for any reason and is 13 years old as of September 1st, they will not be eligible to play in WTYFA no matter what grade level.

*No 7th graders are allowed to play in the League.


How much is it to participate in your league?

2018 League Fees Are:

  • Flag = $80.00 each child
  • Tackle = $130.00 each child
  • Cheer = $150.00 each child

Am I required to get a Physical?

Yes. Your child must have a current physical in order to cheer or play football in our league. We use the generic form provided by any doctor’s office or urgent care facility and having been performed within the last 30-90 days prior to registration.


What is needed to register my child into the league?

  • A copy of your son or daughter’s birth certificate for us to keep;
  • A copy of the most recent 2017-2018 report card for us to keep;
  • 3 forms of proof of residency. (Parents or guardian’s drivers license, phone bill, utility bill, water bill, ect.);
  • Current physical (no more than 3 months old as of July 15th);

Who is going to coach my kid?

All of our coaches are unpaid parent volunteers that are subject to background checks and are certified each year by USA Football to the most up-to-date standards of competitive practice and play. This applies to all Board Members, Head Football Coaches, Assistant Football Coaches, Cheer Coaches and all other volunteers for both football and cheer.
